Dismissed – Possession of Wax – 6/14/2017

In Tarrant County Criminal District Court #2 in Fort Worth, Texas, we’re proud to walk away from another hash oil case with a dismissal.  Following a year of fighting about the accreditation of the lab the state used, they finally conceded they could not prove it was legitimate and dismissed the case.
